Bollywood to Global Sports: Kangana Ranaut Becomes the Brand Ambassador for World Para Athletics
Digital Desk: Actor and filmmaker Kangana Ranaut has been officially named the brand ambassador for the 2025 World Para Athletics, a global platform that celebrates the spirit and strength of differently-abled athletes.
Expressing her joy, Kangana said she feels deeply honored to be associated with a movement that showcases real heroes who redefine courage and determination every single day. She praised the para-athletes for their inspiring journeys and unmatched dedication.

PCI President and two-time Paralympic gold medalist Devendra Jhajharia stated that Ranaut's public presence and influence will help to raise awareness of Indian para-athletes and promote public participation. He also added, "We are thrilled to have Kangana Ji on board. Her passion, influence, and commitment to India's athletes make her a perfect ambassador for the New Delhi 2025 World Para Athletics Championships."
It will be the largest para-sporting competition ever organized in India, comprising over 1,000 participants from over 100 countries competing against each other, scheduled from September 27 to October 5, 2025, at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
With this new responsibility, Kangana aims to bring greater visibility and respect to para sports in India and across the globe.
