Digital Desk: Guru Randhawa, a Punjabi singer, deactivated his X account in response to all the abuse from Diljit Dosanjh's followers. It all began when Randhawa indirectly criticized Diljit on social media for his work with Pakistani actress Hania Aamir and the controversy surrounding the premiere of Diljit's next film 'Sardaar Ji 3'.
Soon after Randhawa's tweet went viral, social media users pointed out to him that he had previously recorded a song about a Pakistani girl titled 'Lagdi Lahore'.
Randhawa had already mocked 'Sardaar Ji 3'. Previously, on June 25, he commented on X, "When the PR team is more talented than the talent itself, controversies become part of the daily routine. Randhawa's message did not specifically mention Diljit's name, but social media users quickly connected the dots. Neither artist has officially commented, but one thing is clear, the Punjabi music scene just got a little more dramatic.
