Horrific! Heart surgeries claimed 'Fake' Performed by doctor In Madhya Pradesh Hospital, Kills 7
Digital Desk: Madhya Pradesh district officials are looking into reports that a fraudulent doctor performed heart surgery on patients, killing at least seven, at a private missionary hospital in Damoh.
As news of seven deaths in the hospital in a month sparked concern in the area, it has been claimed that a man named N John Kem took a job at the Christian missionary hospital, impersonating a well-known British doctor by the same name and claiming to be a cardiologist.
He then conducted cardiac surgery on people. The patients who had surgery died subsequently, according to officials.
Following additional research, the accused's real name was revealed to be Narendra Vikramaditya Yadav.
Previously, Deepak Tiwari, an advocate and district president of the Child Welfare Committee, alleged that while the official death toll is seven, the actual figure is significantly higher. The counsel previously filed a case with the Damoh District Magistrate.
Furthermore, Tiwari speaking to ANI stated, "Some patients who did not die approached us and informed us about the situation. They had taken their father to the hospital, and the guy was ready to operate, but they were a little concerned, so they moved their father to Jabalpur. We then learned that a phony doctor is working at the hospital; the real guy is in Britain, and his name is Narendra Yadav. There is a case against him in Hyderabad, and he has never provided his original documents."
According to Priyank Kanoongo, a member of the National Human Rights Commission, the missionary hospital also receives government funds through the Ayushman Bharat plan.
Following the claims, the district investigation team took all papers from the hospital. During the investigation, it was discovered that the impostor had filed phony paperwork resembling the well-known British doctor. The accused has been linked to a number of controversies, including a criminal case in Hyderabad.
Sudhir Kochar, the Damoh district Collector, has stated that he will provide a comment once the investigation is over.
According to Damoh SP Abhishek Tiwari, "We are currently investigating the issue of the matter of multiple deaths in the missionary hospital."
The bogus doctor has previously been accused of impersonating British Dr N John Kem, and in July 2023, he tweeted (now known as X), requesting that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath be transported to France to stop the violence that erupted.
The culprit has also allegedly tweeted manipulated images of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath under a fictitious identity.
