Results for 2025 JEE (Main) Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) announced by NTA
Digital Desk: On Saturday, April 19, the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) results were released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Of the students, 24 achieved a flawless 100 percentile.
Rajasthan had seven high scorers, the most of any state. Maharashtra and Telangana had four apiece, Uttar Pradesh had three, West Bengal had two, and Gujarat, Delhi, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh each had one.
Notably, 2 female and 22 male candidates were among the toppers.
Candidates can view the final answer key and scorecards on the official websites, nta.ac.in and jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Along with the results, the agency announced the JEE Advanced 2025 eligibility cut-offs: 93.10 percentile for UR, 80.38 for EWS, 79.43 for OBC-NCL, 61.15 for SC, 47.90 for ST, and 0.0079 % for PwBD applicants.
JEE Main 2025 was held in two rounds — January and April — as a computer-based test in 300 cities, including 15 overseas centers such as Dubai, Singapore, Doha, and Washington, DC.
A total of 15,39,848 special applicants registered, and 14,75,103 took the exam. The January session saw 13,11,544 registrations, while the April session had 10,61,840 registrations.
For candidates who participated in both sessions, the best of the two scores was used to determine the final merit list. Out of the total, 8,33,536 applicants registered for both sessions, with 7,75,383 attending both.
Eligible applicants can now register for JEE Advanced 2025 to gain admission to India's top IITs.
