Animation Lovers can enroll now! NDFC announces residential training program in 3D animation and VFX

Digital Desk: Aspirants interested in learning 3D animation and VFX can now take the right step by enrolling in NDFC's new 8-month residential VFX and 3D animation program.

Giving a great platform to animation lovers, they have provided all of the specifications and other details for those who want to apply.

How to Apply-

• Submission of the form does not guarantee selection; the final decision depends on the results of the Online Creative Aptitude Test. The test will be conducted on 3rd September, 2025 tentatively.

• Application fees: ₹1180, inclusive of taxes (Non-refundable)

Eligibility required-

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or 10th pass with 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Program Details-

• Tentative commencement: 15th September, 2025 (subject to change)
• Duration: 6 + 2 months (6 months coursework, 2 months internship).
• Coursework: 390 hours of theory and 630 hours of practical sessions.
• Open only to individuals from North-East India. Candidates selected for the last programme are NOT eligible.
• Minimum age – 18 years as on June 2025

Residential Program-

• Selected candidates will be enrolled in a residential program with free meals, accommodation facility, and a laptop.
Note: Electricity charges for hostel accommodation will be borne by the candidates as per applicable terms and conditions.
• Candidates will be responsible for covering Wi-Fi/internet charges at the hostel premises.
Financial Responsibilities:
• Candidates will bear the cost of their travel to and from the training location and their hometown.
• If a candidate discontinues the course and returns home during the training period, a penalty of ₹20,000 will be imposed. The issued laptop must be returned to the training premises or NFDC. Failure to return the laptop may result in legal action.

Attendance and Punctuality

• Minimum 90% attendance is required to avail the certification and placement assistance.
Job Placement Support:
• Job placement support will be provided to candidates who score more than 85% after program completion.
Assessment & Certification Fee:
• Assessment will be conducted by NFDC at the Training location after completion of the training program.
• Candidates who do not appear for the final assessment will not be eligible for certification or job placement support.

Additionally, each participant will receive a laptop with pre-installed course-specific software and a one-year warranty. The laptop will be forfeited by participants who leave the program before it is finished.
