Meghalaya Powerlifting and Fitness Association to host a powerlifting competition on March 29

Digital Desk: The Meghalaya Powerlifting and Fitness Association is going to host a powerlifting competition on March 29 at Umsning.

Additionally, the powerlifting competition (SBD) includes squats, bench presses, and deadlifts.

Enthusiasts who are looking forward to the chance can register online by paying the registration cost of Rs 500. Moreover, the deadline for online registration is March 24. As per the association, offline registration is also accessible.

The association members have also announced the tournament calendar for 2025-26.

Shillong will host a squat competition in June, a deadlift competition in August, and a bench press competition in October.

Moreover, Haryana will host a national competition in October 2026.
